Consent policy

Consent for treatment

Before any treatment, our aesthetic expert explains what it involves, the expected benefits, possible side effects and alternatives, including no treatment. You sign a written consent form, and you can ask questions or change your mind at any point before treatment begins.

Clients under 18

A parent or guardian must attend the consultation and sign consent for clients under 18.

Clinical photographs

We take photographs to record your progress. They are stored securely in your clinical record and are not shared outside the clinic.

Before and after images

We publish an image only if you give separate, written consent for that purpose. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will remove the image from our website and channels we control.

Communication

We contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email only after you agree to it, and only about your enquiry or treatment. You can ask us to stop at any time.
