Privacy policy
This policy explains how Ari Aesthetics, a brand of Renascent Ventures Private Limited ("we"), collects and uses your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give us in a form or message: your name, WhatsApp number, email, preferred date and time, and the treatment or concern you ask about. If you leave your number in the Glow Finder, we also receive your answers and the plan it suggested, so our team can follow up.
- Health information you share at a consultation, which is kept in your clinical record.
- Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and the source of your visit, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- An anonymous count of how visitors use the Glow Finder: how they arrived, the area and concern they choose, which step they reach and whether they contact us. It has no name, number or other detail that identifies you, uses no cookies, and stays with Ari Aesthetics.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation.
- To provide, record and follow up your treatment.
- To improve our website, using anonymised and aggregated data.
We do not sell your data. We never place health details in website addresses, or in third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Consent
We contact you only after you agree to it. You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging us, and we will stop contacting you about your enquiry.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the clinic, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Aesthiq, our clinic management software, for appointments and client records. Aesthiq is hosted on Vercel and stores its data with Supabase.
- WhatsApp Business (Meta), for messages with clients, including booking confirmations.
- Gmail (Google), for email.
- Google Sheets (Google), where enquiries from this website are kept for our team to follow up.
- The provider that hosts this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a visit are kept for 12 months. Clinical records are kept for the period required by medical record-keeping rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Some clinical records must be retained by law even after a deletion request.
